How to Stay Warm

Here’s how we’re staying warm this winter. These tips can work for you, too!

  1. Wear wool, silk, fleece, or polypropelene against your skin.
  2. Wear a windproof, waterproof outer layer.
  3. Add layers of insulation in between the inner and outer layer as needed. Knit fabrics are best here.
  4. Cover all of your skin. Leave no skin exposed.

Bike Radar has published a basic guide to winter layering. Read it here.
